[WWW]OKI Specs

We think that the MIT OKI project is significant for the specifications that may turn into standards (de facto or de jure) in the educational technology field. Also, OKI is doing a lot of the intellectual model building heavy lifting that might prove useful throughout the field. For example, I look forward to seeing more of its digital repositories work made public. That will come in useful for our ScholarsBox/TechnicalSpecification work, specifically as we ponder how to connect disparate repositories to the ScholarsBox. With the APIs be a good way to abstract repositories?

Programming OKI OSIDS with Python

I've been wondering about how to call OSIDS implemented in JavaLanguage from PythonLanguage. Another question is how to generate Python stubs from OSIDS. I believe that the OKI project has stubs generation functionality internally. Another possible solution is [WWW]a small utility to create Python stubs from Java classes using Jython.
