SakaiProject/ToolPortabilityProfile

A key part to figuring out how the ScholarsBox might integrate with the SakaiProject is to understand the Tool Portability Profile (TPP).

I have to compile info about TPP once it becomes available. A google search yields stuff like:

right now.

I've heard TPP uses the JSR 168 specification.

Integration of non-Java based components

21. How will the SAKAI system (which is Java based) integrate with non-Java based components or systems for tools and services?:

One answer is "across the OKI OSIDs". That's a good answer for services. For tools, "integration" could be simple display in an iFrame, or portal channel integration.
