newer attempt to figure out the Yahoo maps API
/CafeMap1 with the ![[WWW]](/www/moin/htdocs/classic/img/moin-www.png){kind=small}
application/xml mimetype -- should result in a working Yahoo map. I get http://api.maps.yahoo.com/maps?syne=YAHOO_MAPS_MISSING_ITEMS_TAG instead. It would be helpful if an error message indicated what tag is missing. I might come back to fixing this problem.

I can get a geotagged feed of my Flickr images from geobloggers.com -- which can then be used to generate a Yahoo map of my pictures.
Sometimes there are timeout issues (Yahoo map discussion group), so you can look at a yahoo map using cached RSS.
